for a resilient future

electric house

We are a net zero, solar-powered hub in the center of Stone Ridge with over 4,000 sq ft of space for coworking, events and community gatherings. We are also home to the offices of North River, an architecture and design build firm exclusively building net zero, all electric homes for a climate resilient future–and the passionate team behind the conversion of Electric House from a pre-Civil War building to a beacon for community.

our community

Our diverse and dynamic member community is the lifeblood of Electric House. A $50 annual membership fee (per individual) provides unlimited access to our events, discussions, educational programming, and a community of open-minded, multigenerational, curious learners. Through our member portal, members can book events, meeting rooms, coworking day passes or upgrade to a monthly coworking plan.

coworking

Full and flex-time coworking memberships are inclusive of a community membership. We’ve thought of all your office needs–from Ilse coffee and comfortable places to enjoy it, to private phone booths and conference rooms that seat 6-16 people.
